दिल्ली अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन बोर्ड(DSSSB) हर साल विभिन्न पदों के लिए भर्तियां करता है। यह भर्ती अभियान शिक्षा विभाग के तहत चलाया जाता है और इसके तहत नियुक्त शिक्षकों की भर्ती दिल्ली के विभिन्न सरकारी स्कूलों में की जाती है.
सामान्य वर्ग के मामले में उम्मीदवारों की आयु 30 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए, उन्होंने डी.एड/D.El.Ed या कोई अन्य प्रासंगिक पाठ्यक्रम किया होगा। उम्मीदवारों को डीएसएसएसबी पीआरटी(PRT) पद के लिए चयन प्रक्रिया से भी गुजरना होगा। उम्मीदवारों को एक लिखित परीक्षा से गुजरना होता है और अधिकारियों द्वारा जारी कट-ऑफ के अनुसार इसे पास करना होता है।
DSSSB PRT भर्ती सरकारी स्कूलों के प्राथमिक शिक्षक के लिए है। प्राथमिक शिक्षक की भूमिका 5वीं कक्षा तक के छात्रों को पढ़ाना है। वे सभी प्राथमिक पाठ्यक्रम क्षेत्रों के बारे में छात्रों को पढ़ाने में मदद करते हैं। उन्हें छात्र के स्कूली जीवन में पहले शिक्षक के रूप में माना जाता है और स्कूली शिक्षा के आगामी वर्षों के लिए अपने आधार को मजबूत बनाते हैं।

पात्रता मानदंड/DSSSB PRT Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria
DSSSB PRT पद के लिए आवेदन करने से पहले उम्मीदवारों को कुछ पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करना होगा जिसमें आयु सीमा मानदंड और न्यूनतम शिक्षा योग्यता मानदंड शामिल हैं। यदि किसी भी तरह से उम्मीदवार उल्लिखित किसी भी मानदंड को पूरा करने में असमर्थ हैं, तो वे पद के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए योग्य नहीं हैं। आवश्यक पात्रता मानदंड नीचे दिए गए हैं: –
इस पाठ्यक्रम के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों ने एक निश्चित स्तर की शिक्षा हासिल की होगी।
1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) from a recognized Board.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) regulations-2002 .
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor of elementary education (B.El.Ed). OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-years Diploma in Education (special education) from a recognized Board.
OR
Graduation and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) from a recognized Board.
2. Must have passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
3. Must have passed Hindi or Urdu or Punjabi or English as a subject at Secondary Level.
Note:- Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks (in Academic qualification) shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PH.
Age Limit criteria / आयु सीमा मानदंड

Exam Pattern

The candidates applying for the post of DSSSB PRT have to go through a written test for which there is a certain exam pattern. The exam pattern for the written test of 2022 is not yet announced. So here is the exam pattern of 2020: –
The exam is divided into 2 sections A and B. There are 200 questions in total carrying 200 marks. The exam is for 2 hours. There is also a negative marking for every wrong answer which is 0.25.

DSSB PRT Written exam
डीएसएसबी पीआरटी(PRT) लिखित परीक्षा
DSSSB PRT भर्ती के पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को 200 अंकों की लिखित परीक्षा से गुजरना होता है जिसमें 200 प्रश्न होते हैं। परीक्षा को 2 चरणों में बांटा गया है। चरण 1 में उम्मीदवारों से सामान्य जागरूकता, सामान्य बुद्धि, अंकगणित और संख्यात्मक क्षमता, हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषा की समझ जैसे विषयों से संबंधित 1 अंक के 100 प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए एक नकारात्मक अंकन भी होगा जो कि 0.25 अंक है। चरण 2 में उस पद से संबंधित 1 अंक के 100 प्रश्न होंगे, जिसके लिए उम्मीदवारों ने आवेदन किया है।
डीएसएसबी पीआरटी(PRT) मेडिकल टेस्ट
उम्मीदवार जो कट-ऑफ के अनुसार लिखित परीक्षा के लिए अर्हता प्राप्त करते हैं और मेरिट सूची में अपना नाम प्राप्त करते हैं, वे चिकित्सा परीक्षण देने के लिए योग्य हैं। चयनित होने वाले उम्मीदवारों को केवल चिकित्सा परीक्षण के लिए कहा जाता है।
